Once upon a time there was a bar, a girl and a boy. On St. Patricks Day 2007 the three came together in a cosmic event that included green beer. The boy wanted to talk to the girl, so he said "hey Irish girl, I like your shirt". That was sadly one of the worst pick up lines she had ever heard. Over the next two months the boy couldn't help but notice her every time he saw her. Since there was no green beer and corney T-shirts, the boy decided to ask the girl to play a game of pool. Catching glances between shots from one another and sharing conversation, the girl began to fall for the boy. When the boy asked the girl out it seemed his luck had changed. For the next several months the two shared connections and romantic evenings.
Soon the girl and boy decided to begin building their lives together. Their careers have now taken them to Atlanta, Georgia where they have been living happily together.
Our ceremony will take place outdoors in Blue Ridge Mountains at Southern Tree Plantation and begins at One O'Clock in the afternoon. The address and website are as follows:

Her are some directions depending on what direction youare coming from. PLEASE BE ADVISED THAT YOUR GPS WILL ONLY GET YOU SO CLOSE. Our GPS got us on the road that Southern Tree Plantation (STP) was off of. After that the addresses will confuse the GPS. Please use the directions in addition to your GPS. There is also a map on the STP website, (the web address is mentioned above).
Directions from I-75:
* Take I-75 north to I-575;
* Take I-575 north; 575 will change to 515; continue north on four lane
* This road takes you to Blairsville, GA
* When into Blairsville take 19/129 south
* Go 4.2 miles south from old courthouse in downtown Blairsville
* Turn right on Hutson Road.
Directions from I-85:
* Take I-85 north to I-985
* Take I-985 north to Gainesville
* Take exit 7 to 129 north
* Take 129 through Cleveland toward Blairsville
* When you pass Vogel State Park, you will be turning in 4.5 miles
* Just past a new Citgo Convenience Store on the right, turn left on Owltown Road
*Follow signs, entrance on right.
*Follow signs; entrance on left.
Directions from Georgia 400:
* Take 400 north until it ends
* Go straight through light on Longbranch Road
* Turn right off of Longbranch Road on Hwy. 115.52
* Stay on Hwy. 115 to Cleveland (52 will veer off)
* from Cleveland take 129 north toward Blairsville
* Just past a new Citgo Convenience Store on your right, turn left on Owltown Road
* Follow the signs, entrance on right.
Our reception will be indoors and will immediately follow the ceremony. Our reception is also located at Southern Tree Plantation.
Hors D'Oeuvres and Beverages will be served. The menu consits of:
Fresh Fruit and Vegetable display,
Cheese and crackers,
Mini assorted sandwiches,
Sesame shrimp,
Vegetable spring rolls,
Bruschetta,
&
Chocolate covered pretzels.
Cabins and hotels are near the ceremony and reception site, (Southern Tree Plantation).
